Do you accept insurance?

No, Maximum Potential does not accept health insurance. Upon request, we are happy to provide you with visit documentation for you to submit an insurance claim independently. There is no guarantee in the outcome of an insurance claim.

What body parts do you effectively treat?

Feet, ankles, lower legs, knees, thighs, hips, pelvis, sacrum, Lumbar spine, abdomen/trunk, thoracic spine, rib cage, cervical spine, head/jaw, shoulders.

Does Maximum Potential communicate with my doctor?

Yes. To begin P.T., you will need a prescription from your doctor. Your doctor will receive the initial evaluation, then progress updates and vital sign logs every 60days.

Can I request specific times/days?

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, We will make recommendations of visit frequency, but you decide how many visits, how often, and when.
